Acronis true image 2015 backs up at unexpected times

i have a client who has Acronis true image 2015. He has been having lots of trouble with scheduling backups to run only at 1:00 AM. Originally it would not back up automatically so I had to uninstall and reinstall the Acronis true image 2015. Then created a scheduled backup a few minutes ahead to see if it would start automatically which it did. We deleted the test backup but since then it backs up at that time still and shuts down like it was setup in the test. It also randomly decided to back up at a different time that we never set, at least while I was there as far as I can remember. Is there a way to clear out the schedule? Because it seems like only deleting the backup on Acronis isn't enough to stop it from backing up at unwanted times. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
