Acronis True Image 2015 Crashes / Not Responding / 0x0004000D+0x0004000D and no support anymore?
My computer runs without any issues at all - except when I run (or try to run and use) Acronis TI 2015.
I use Build 6613 and face these issues:
1) occasional crashes (happend with the previous build(s) and the latest version)
2) very regularly I get "Not Responding" (often for many minutes, e.g. when selecting a backup drive)
3) Today I got error code: 0x0004000D+0x0004000D
I am thinking of switching to another product and am looking for recommendations.
Should I upgrade to ATI 2016 or rather switch to another product?
Considering that I only bought the 2015 end of March, I am now totally disappointed that the support portal doesn't offer support for the 2015 version anymore. Hello? Instead the website tries to upsell, but I have lost faith and wonder: Is there still hope?
My system: Windows 8.1 x64 with 12GB RAM. Acronis TI 2015 Build 6613.
