Acronis True Image 2015 - Downgrade to the 2014 version
We have 9 developers. who backup some files every hour. But after they got the 2015 version, they noticed that it's quite unstable. The scheduler isn't working most of the time.
Is it possible to downgrade to the 2014 version with the same license keys that we use for the 2015 version or do Acronis planning a major fix release for the 2015 version?

Login to your Acronis account and click My Products and Downloads. You should be able to download 2014 and re-install. But first uninstall 2015 and use the cleaner https://kb.acronis.com/content/48668

Thanks for the reply, but its not there anymore.
Can only work with the new version.
I have deinstalled the program yesterday and cleaned it from my computer.
Installed it again and here is the funny thing: It worked until I registered.
After entering my registry key it stopped working!!!!
Any ideas?

That is odd. I can see all my previous versions back to TI8. I've attached a screen shot of what I see. I can also download them.

My registered product list shows "upgrade" versions until I get back to TI 2010; shall I assume I have to uninstall 2015, clean, and then go back to 2010 & do multiple upgrades to get back to 2014? There are also what appears to be license files in the registered product list, which is a bit confusing.

One easy way would be to restore a backup- created when 2014 was installed.
The 2014 download is a standalone install so you only need to install 2014--not prior versons.
You will need the 2014 serial plus the 2010 serial for input.

Ok, problem solved.
The guys from Support contacted me and gave me a link to download version 2014 and than install version 2015 on top.
Also I was provided the CORRECT registration key...
No it runs just fine.
The support via chat system is doing a great job !
