Acronis True Image 2015 problem with acronis cloud
Hi guys,
I'm using acronis since version of ATU2013 (for backups, real-time sync, system repairing) and I was rly satisfied with it, but since my last renew of subscription for acronis cloud I'm getting whole bunch of problems with synchronization, loggin into cloud, even uploading and managing my cloud storage. When I got a first time "synchronization has failed" message (It was at time when I still used ATU2013). I solved it by unlink my devices from sync, deleted data on cloud and re-upload everything again. This solution was working everytime, but after release of ATU2015 this solution stopped working. When I asked support for assistance to solve my problem they told me, that ATU2013 is not supported any more and I need to buy new version of ATU2015 for possible help. So I did it. They helped me to get it work for a half of a month and now it's not working again.
I tried all the options that were suggested to me. From clear reinstalling, registry cleaning etc. . . Despite everything, the problem still persists. I would like to ask anyone of you for any advice, I'm desperate. Thanks
Using: Acronis True Image 2015 (full licensed, Build 6525) subscription for acronis cloud for another whole year.
