Acronis True Image 2015 support
Thread needs solution
Hiya,
I upgraded to 2015 last month. Today on entering TI there is a message to upgrade for Windows 10 compatibility.
It was over 30 days ago I started using 2015 and on Windows 7 it worked OK.
On running the upgrade it said there was an issue and to run a TI cleanup program. This deletes TI.
I then ran the upgrade again which fails saying a file is missing.
So my question is on the 30 day free support. Is that valid on an upgrade when the original 2015 has already been installed and used for over 30 days ?
So do I have to pay to get this issue resolved and TI 2015 for Windows 10 working ?
If I don't get free support now that would seem rather unfair. Also do Acronis support tell you a charge is due before charging anything ?
