I have Acronis True Image Home 11 (V 14.0 build 5105) no starting Backup i have waiting 1h no reaktions can you help me ???

Have you has older versions of TI installed previously? ---> Yes i have TI 2010 and have deinstalled before new installed TI 2011 !!!
Is this an actual German Language version or the English language on a German Windows? ---> I come from Germany = german WINDOWS 7 64 Bit and TI 2011 german version !!!
Have you rebooted the PC? ---> Yes i haved !!!
Have you tried performing a repair install of 2011? ---> Yes i have repair install of TI 2011 !!!
When i click of the "Abrechen Button" (see Bild_1.jpg) no reaction and when i will backup C: to E: no starting !!!

I'm not sure what the answer is to your problem.
Does any part of 2011 work, exploring one of your 2010 images or mounting?
Do you have the UAC enabled in W7?
Have you installed for all users or just for yourself?
Check in Windows Services (Win button + r type in services.msc) see if the Acronis components are running and set to automatic.
I don't see why, but maybe installing with Admin privileges might help.
Check that you are a member of Backup Operators and Acronis Users group.
Make sure RPC server in services is set to automatic and running.
Make sure the services in the snip image are running in MS Config.
Ignore virtual box and DD11

Does any part of 2011 work, exploring one of your 2010 images or mounting? ---> I will new full backup C: > E: !!!
Do you have the UAC enabled in W7? ---> Disabled !!!
Have you installed for all users or just for yourself? ---> Yes for all users installed !!!
I don't see why, but maybe installing with Admin privileges might help. ---> I have full Admins privileges !!!
PS: Sorry my english is not good !!! :-(

I have complette deinstall TI and new install TI !!!
When starting full backup C: to E: then come this see atachments:

Is E: an external drive or an internal drive?
Remove drive I:\ and try again.
What happens if you try to image to a different drive?
If you look, you have only one Acronis True Image entry in MS Config, there should be two. One is for Online Backup and the other for True Image.
The only other thing I can think of at the moment is that there is something of TI 2010 left behind either in registry or SNAPMAN.sys hasn't installed correctly.
If no one else has any thoughts, I'm afraid you'll need to contact support and raise a help ticket.
Your English is fine. I wish my Norwegian was as good.

What happens if you try to image to a different drive? ---> I have testet G: no starting backup and when i close TI and new starting TI and go to button "Backup Speicherort öffnen" then come 0x00640004 see attachment bild_1.jpg

Could you install 2011 with the OnlineBackup and see if that makes a difference.
Uninstall True Image and close Windows, then reboot (not a restart0.
Install the complete package of 2011, close Windows down, reboot.
Then test.
If that doesn't work, I think you will need to contact support on the Acronis webpage.
Does 2010 still work properly? You won't be able to have both installed together.
Time for bed now, so I won't be replying until tomorrow.

I have send my problem to Acronis support and have a waiting here is the reply:
Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung und die gesendeten Dateien. Bitte verzeihen Sie die Verspätung meiner Antwort.
Um das Problem zu beheben, empfehle ich Ihnen die Script-Dateien von den Tasks zu entfernen. Gehen Sie bitte wie folgt vor. Laden Sie den Acronis Scheduler Manager von dem folgenden Link herunter.

Starten Sie den Scheduler Manager. Geben Sie folgenden Befehl ein.
task zap
Bestätigen Sie diese Eingabe. Danach starten Sie das Programm neu und erstellen Sie das gewünschte Backup. Informieren Sie mich bitte über die Resultate.
Für Ihre Hilfe und Ihre Bemühungen danke ich Ihnen im Voraus.
