Acronis True Image Home 2009 and Adaptec RAID 5405

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I made an image of my 3 RAID Array disks managed by an Adaptec 3405.
Then I had to change my adapter from 3405 to a new 5405, and changed one disk as well. So I rebuild a new Raid Array configuration.

When I booted the first time, I had to install the new Adaptec driver from the 5405's CD. Everything works well, so I wanted to restore an image made with my previous 3405.

Unfortunately my ATI Home 2009 was totally unable to see the 2 logical disks (RAID 10 and RAID 5), it is just able to see the Windows partitions.

What do I have to do so that ATI 2009 see my new 2 RAID arrays ?

(Windows Vista SP2 x64)

Hello Frank,

Thank you for using Acronis Products

First of all please make sure that you are using the latest build of the program. Check it in Help -> About. You can always download the latest build of the program from your account under Registered Products.

Then recreate Acronis bootable disc and check if the issue persists. If the issue remains please download ISO image from your account under Registered Products and create Acronis bootable disc using third-party software. ISO image is based on different loader which has more embedded drivers, it will certainly solve the issue you experience. If not please let us know.
