Acronis True Image Home 2010 non-response

Thread needs solution

When I started to back up the system disk, the program will always be non-response.
But will also cause the operating system itself is not working, fully non-response, only the power off to reboot.

CPU: Core ™ i7
Motherboard: ASUS P6T Deluxe / OC Palm
Operating System: Window 7 64bit Ultimate
Memory: 3-channel DDR3 6G
Hard Disk: 4 , using the motherboard built-in Raid function
C: (system disk) Raid0 500G
D: Raid0 1T
Check the whole backup disk backup to the stars C Logic Logical disk E
ScanDisk has done but to no avail, still can not use Acronis True Image Home 2010
Please help me, how can I do?!

Please accept our apologies for the difficulties you've experienced.

Let me shed some light on the issue.

Because of the latest major changes in Windows Vista and Windows 7 native snapshot driver (VolSnap), there were some modifications introduced in Acronis True Image Home 2010. The Acronis native snapshot driver (snapman) was moved from UpperFilters to LowerFilters to avoid conflicts with VolSnap (which could have lead to backups failure or data corruption in backups). This change may sometimes manifest itself in a freezing Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system on machines with rare software and hardware configurations.

To solve the issue, install a special driver update with fixes on the machine:

Acronis SnapAPI driver is language-independend, so you it is applicable for any software version (including Chinese).

Please install the update and check if the issue still persists.
