Acronis True Image Home 2011 & Windows 7 Freezing
I have a Windows 7 64-bit laptop, and Acronis True Image 2011 has caused freezing issues in my Windows install not once, but twice. When I initially installed ATIH 2011, I noticed that Windows 7 would freeze after returning from hibernate. What happened was my desktop would come up, but Windows would be unable to open new windows other than the Task Manager. (I could see the new processes being created in the Task Manager but no windows would be opened.) At the time, I wasn't sure if the issue was caused by ATIH or not, and I spent a long time trying to resolve the issue. It ended up that I had to do a Windows Repair in order to resolve stop the freezing problems.
It's been about a year since this happened, and my computer has been working great since the Windows Repair. However, I haven't installed ATIH yet so I decided to to ahead and install ATIH last week and do a backup. Now I am having the exact same freezing problem occur multiple times per day when returning from hibernate. What makes the problem worse is that I have uninstalled ATIH and have also ran the removal tool from the Acronis website, but the freezing still persists. So it looks like ATIH has corrupted something in my Windows install. The Windows Repair corrupted one of my two Microsoft Office installs, and I do not want to have to go through that again. What else can be done to solve this problem?

Apologize in advance for any inconvenience diagnosing this over the forum. Unfortunately, the forum is the only option that Acronis tech support made available to me without requiring me to spend extra money in order to receive personalized support for a problem with their software. With this in mind, your help is greatly appreciated.
Yes, I checked and there are not any remaining registry entries. And yes, I had build 6942. If it helps any, am seeing Event ID 9009 in the Event Viewer that says "The Desktop Window Manager has exited with code (0xd0000450)". It is not listed as an error, but it may be related since I am having apparent window manager problems.
