Hello,
I went in big trouble with:
Acronis True Image Home 2012 Build-Nr. 6154 (German).
It's not working on a HP Compaq 8200 with EFI-Bios
on a Windows 7 professional 64 bit system.

The Problems so far:
An installed and updated version of Acronis True Image Home 2012 with update to Build-Nr. 6154 (German) is not working correct on a HP Compaq 8200 with EFI-Bios and Windows 7 professional 64 bit.

Problem #1:
A backup of the 100Mb-Partition and the System-Partition will take hours and hours to finish.
It seems to be, that acronis is not using the correct drivers?

Problem #2:
When I prepare a bootable rescue-cd-version of the installed up to date version of acronis (Build-Nr. 6154), then, during the boot-phase, the screen with acronis is appearing on the screen and the cursor is appearing, this cursor is flashing once and then the system hangs. The cursor is stable on the screen and is not flashing. Nothing else happens.

Exactly the same problem (#2) happens with the original cd-media, which I got from the shop.

A bootable rescue-cd-version of Acronis True Image Home 11, build Nr. 6574 is working corrrect.

HI,

i´m experiencing the same problems trying to back up/recover a HP 8200. I am Using Acronis True Image HOme 2012, Update 2.1, Build 7133.
I tried the bootable CD on varous Systems, it all works fine, except with HP 8200.

I also tried backup up the newer model, HP 8300. The same error occours, Acronis hangs while booting.

Is there any solution available? With Acronis 11 the backup works fine, but it doesn´t include appropriate drivers for the network card.
