Acronis True Image Home 2012 keeps stopping and wont load when double clicked.

I am running Win 7 Premium with ZoneAlarm for firewall. I have installed Acronis True Image 12, Acronis 2012 Pluspak, and Acronis Snappi Drivers. My problems: non stop backup keeps stopping and when i load Acronis True Image it will not load. Is looks as if it's going to but never happens. If I right-click nonstop in the tray to see what there is to explore or recover, same thing. Nothing loads. I uninstalled and reinstalled Acronis True Image several times and the same thing happens after a day or so. Any ideas? I have Acronis Disk Director loaded also and it has no issues. Bob
