ACRONIS True Image Home 2012 Plus tells me to reinstall -- which fails for both repair and modify options

Thread needs solution

I was trying to clone my RAID C: drive to a USB connected drive and the ATIH plus 2012 software told me to re-install it. I put the CD in and was given the options to Repair or Modify -- both failed. Log files are attached.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit with latest patches.

Any suggestions?

Consider running the TrueImage cleanup utility.
Do take the time to read the text instructions--especiall about the "Common" instructions.

GroverH,
Thanks, I was able to download the most recent build of ATIH 2012 and run the repair install to completion. However, when I try to clone my C: drive to a drive installed in USB external case, I get the message "Cannot initialize Backup Archive Explorer. Please Reinstall Acronis True Image Home", just as before. Will I need to uninstall it and re-install?

I am currently running QNAP NetBak Replicator so I will have most things backed up before messing around. It is really slow and will likely take several days to complete.

Acronis 2015 not responding and need to reinstall program. Recommendations? I have two updates in my download file but they were of no help.

Many Trails & Marvin,
For you both, I would suggest you run the trueImage cleanu (item 4 in my signatre links below) and then resinstall.
Read the instructions provided with the utility as minor registry edits needed.
