Acronis True Image Shell Extension - Shell Extension Problem

i apologize for my english:
I use Acronis True Image 10 in W2K. I can creat backups, the tib files, without any Problems. But Acronis TI 10 does not read the *.tib files. It always says "Acronis shell Extension" and not "Acronis Back up". There is a possibility in "Programmzugriff und -standards" to repair the program, but W2K tells me: schwerwiegender Fehler Nr. 2718.
I installed the programm many timees, without Virenscanner etc., there ist no solution.
This "mistake" is very serious, because I need the Backup tib files.

Is there any idear for a solution. Thanks
