I have received an e-mail from Acronis that implies (but does not explicitly state) that Acronis True Image 2015 will not work with Windows 10, and that it will be necessary to upgrade to Acronis True Image Unlimited before upgrading to Windows 10.

According to one part of the Acronis site, Acronis True Image Unlimited has "Free upgrades to all next versions - Keep your software up to date all the time, at no expense". This seems pretty clear: software up to date all the time, at no expense ie. no subscription.

When you click to buy Acronis True Image Unlimited, the basket shows: "Acronis True Image Unlimited for PC and Mac 1 Computer (English) comes with 1 year subscription". This seems pretty clear: there will be more to pay after 1 year.

But the two statements are contradictory.

Can anyone clarify:

- Is there an annual subscription with Acronis
True Image Unlimited?

- If so, how much is the annual subscription?
