Acronis TrueImage 2012 Build 7119 - Failure to Launch

Thread needs solution

Build 7119 seems to be riddled with issues. My latest issue is that it fails to launch when you double-click the icon. However, it is running because if you check the processes you find

"Acronis True Image Home" (trueimage.exe) running. Attempting to stop the process is useless. Attempting to launch it again only shows that it launches another app and then goes away. But the trueimage.exe is still running.

HOWEVER, it does do scheduled backups. Everyday and faithfully. One only hopes that the applications is working properly.

ALSO, if I reboot the computer, it will work for a time. Bot scheduled backups and getting to the app. But after some time, it no longer launches when needed.

I've already completely uninstalled the app, rebooted, and reinstalled. It will work again for some time.

Any ideas. Not to be cruel, but if someone were to say, well, you need to uninstall it and reinstall it in a "clean environment" then provide me the new computer for the new and clean environment. Sorry to be harsh but when you see such suggestions, you have to wonder.
