Acronis trueimage Server won't install - server stop working

Thread needs solution

Hello, on a win2003 server with all updates, we had installed TI-Server after buying, after a few month the software was still removed, we do not know why or from what. so when we will install the newest release of the software, the installation goes on to 100 % percent to the point on which the windows from the driver comes, this windows comes not and the server still stops responding. we had cleared the installation with a removing tool from acronis but the problem is still the same. The same problem had a customer from us. but there after the cleaning toll is was possible to install the software again, by us this will not work. The way to make the msi-log file we had make but we could not find anything what happens. Did everybody had the same problem, because we had to fix this that our safety still goes ok. best regards Andreas

You should have the msi log file and the sysinfo file at hand.

- Open Start\Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Information;
- Choose the "Save" option in the "File" menu (or "Action" menu under Windows 2000), enter the "File name" and set the field "Save as type" to "System Information File (*.NFO)";
