Is Acronis Universal Restore available in Acronis Startup Recovery Manager?

Is Acronis Universal Restore available in Acronis Startup Recovery Manager?

Is Acronis Universal Restore available in Acronis Startup Recovery Manager? The User Guide says it is not. But it is available after I installed Plus Pack and then activate Acronis Startup Recovery Manager. And it seems to work okay when I try to restore a system image to a totally different computer.
BTW, I am using ATI Home 2010.
