Acronis USB Bootable Media kann die Netzwerkkarte nicht finden.

Thread needs solution

True Image Home 2009 Build 9809.

Was muss ich tun?

Hello Peter,

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help.

Most probably, the current version of Acronis Bootable Media doesn't possess the necessary NIC drivers. I suggest you to download an ISO file available under your account. You can find the information on how to download the appropriate file in this article.  This file is usually more up to date than the one created with Acronis Media Builder.

Please see this article on how to create a bootable USB flash drive using SYSLINUX.

See if the issue remains. If the issue still persists, I may recommend you to install a trial version of Acronis True Image Home 2010 available here, create a bootable  USB flash drive in a standard way and check the software functionality.

Please let us know the results, we should be sure that the program runs flawlessly. If the provided information is not clear or if you have any other questions do not hesitate to post them and we will be glad to answer.

Thank you.

Hello, Oleg
Thanks for the feedback.

USB flash drive using SYSLINUX:
In this article have to create and customize syslinux.cfg file.
But the files kernel.dat and ramdisk.dat are not in the download iso file.
In this iso files are only image.bin and catalog.bin!

The Syslinux boot was not working.
I need only the current files like kernel.dat, ramdisk.dat etc. to USB Stick.

True Image Home 2010 (trial version):
Yes USB Drive its bootable and works with the network card.
Problems:
In the menu Backup -> Optional steps -> Commentary:
can't saving any text, because the Acronis crash it.
With the trial version can't try to save the backup files!
I can't testing properly!

Hello Peter,

Thank you for your response.

Actually, you can use any freeware software to extract the files from an ISO file, use Google search to find them.

You are unable to backup using the trial version of Acronis Rescue Media. The trial versions have several limitations, please see this article for more information.
