Acronis will no longer load

George, welcome to these user forums.

Please try doing a Repair install of your ATIH 2015 product - the method of doing this is to download the latest build installer from your Acronis account, then run this as Administrator (right-click on the installer for this option).  This will install ATIH over the top of your existing installation and should correct any issues in the application.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, then I would suggest uninstalling the program, then running the Acronis Cleanup Tool from the link in my signature (again as administrator) then restart the computer before doing a clean install of the program.

Steve, I appreciate your trying to help me, but I do not know how to go about what you are telling me. How do I find the latest build installer so that I can download it?

George, if you have registered your Acronis product then you should be able to sign in to your account at http://www.acronis.com/ using your registered email address and password.  If you haven't registered your Acronis product but have your serial number for the product, then you can create an account at the same website and register the serial number which will allow you access Downloads where you will find the installer.
