Acronis will not start after install

Thread needs solution

Installed latest version Acronis home Image Plus 2011 April 1, 3011 following uninstall. System Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit.
Following successful install Acronis will not start, hangs with Not Responding message. Indicates no backup file exists. They were deleted prior to this install. Urgently need help to build a backup. Please help.

  2. Userdump

and submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number.
