Acronis® AdvantageSM Home, is offered for $9.99/year on this page: http://www.acronis.com/support/advantage.html. The plan is in the last column of the Home options.
Where do I order and pay for this?

I sent a request for the information to TS on 12/16 and just got a nonsense response - that they understood my issue and want to know if I still have the problem. Can someone here help?

Maybe you should spend an hour reading these forum posts and replies before you pay for Acronis Support.

At least with the Acronis support I could get through the caht portal and get some of updates that seem to not be readily downloadable. Every time I get a new system, I have to do this.

And I do read these forums, but they are very hard to find anything, having such a weak search tool.

This is what Fungus was inferring ... there have been too many reports of users paying for support and having to wait weeks for a reply to a query. Usually another user on the forum will provide a faster reply.

Acronis have answered this in a thread of mine in the Disk Director forum (I think).

This option is available ONLY to those who are purchasing an UPGRADE version of TI2010.

Thank you for posting your questions, I will be happy to help.

I should update the information concerning the Acronis Advantage Home offer.

You could purchase the annual support together with the Acronis True Image Home 2010 Upgrade license. We discarded selling Acronis Advantage Home, this option is not available anymore. The option has already been removed from a shopping cart. The Acronis Advantage Home licenses that are already sold are 100% valid. This means that the Acronis Advantage Home owners are entitled for support till the subscription expires.

Couldn't you make this clear on the internet site? And what about people who bought the backup online product? Cannot they have any support ever?
