Activation Hassle

Unable to move activation to new computer. I have copy of purchase receipt with serial #s and order #. My email address has changed since purchase. I changed my account email address several months ago. neither the old email address or the new email address permits me to move the activation. What does a legitimate purchaser have to do to use this software? I will email a copy of the purchase receipt if you so desire.
