After problems with activation (caused by meself!!) an new problem arrise
For long time now I'm using ( with full satisfaction) the Home 2009 version ( and before earlier versions).
After a registry cleanup Home 2008 did not start any more. So I did a recocery install ( Ad and remove software, repair) now Acronis Home is in trail mode. Activation fails with the orignal serialnumber ( download from my account)
Support how do we sovle this?

I have managed to activate my version now ( used the wrong combination of serial numbers :()
Now I have the next problem.
After preparing a task I everty time get the messages that my login information is not correct. I can assure you: This is correct :)
I have tried to uninstall Home but I run in a Fatal Error.
I have tried to unistall in save mode, same problem.
Please instruct me how to uninstall this version so I can do a clean new install. (I think the schedule service is not available as a part of the problem)
Regards Hans

Hello Hans de Cocq,
Please refer to article Dmitry mentioned above to completely uninstall the program: http://kb.acronis.com/content/1809 When you install the program again, please check Install for All Users Sharing This Computer option.
Regarding issue you experienced before uninstallation: message about incorrect login information will not be fixed by reinstallation, it's related to your privileges for the account you specified. Could you please make sure that you're using Administrator account to operate with our program?
If the machine with Acronis is part of a domain, then make sure that you use the following credential format:
- Domain.com\Administrator
Password
(As opposed to Administrator (local))
Thank you.

Why does your server give me the message "You are not authorized to view this article" when I try to follow the link to: "http://kb.acronis.com/content/1809"? From previous posts it seems that this will help me resolve my problem of getting ATIH2010 off my system.
BTW: Your removal program screws up the registry!
Thanks,
George

Regarding previous post: When I try to install ATIH version 11, it dumps with the instruction to uninstall ATIH 2010 first. Using either "Add or Remove programs" or "Windows Install Cleanup" results in an error proclaiming the ATIH 2010 installation corrupt.
