After System repair installation All items in backup list show as not backed up

I'm using Windows 7 x64. I backed up all my drives (5) the other day with TI2011. They all showed up in the backup list ok including validated. Last night I had to do a Repair upgrade and when I ran TI today all my backups appear in the list but show as not backed up. Everything else on the system seems to be ok. Can someone tell me where the info that tells Acronis that the backups were done and validated is stored? Apparently during the repair the info didn't get copied. Would appreciate any assistance.
