after Update Taskentries lost - there is no Job to collect the existing .tib automaticly

I made the update today and all entries lost. Only single "add" of each file is possible. This is nonsens. This is the second time it happend to me, that I lose the entries.
My plan includes full an 6 incremental backups per week up to an half year.
The listing-text is too large, so that the text will be truncated. I can not imagin which files are added or not.
It's awful to make an update and then losing all entries . This is not acceptable.
As a last resort: I miss an add-tool that parses a directory as a whole and the entries restores.
