After upgrade to El Capitan 10.11.1 backups fail in a loop

"The last backup did not complete. We will restart the backup in 10 minutes."

Anybody saw it and/or know solution?

It goes forward to 2% and sometimes more and then fails.

The error seems to be related to:

WHen I run Disk Utility First AId on the the ACR_3TB_BACKUP Volume there is no errors: "First Aid Process is complete, press Done to continue.

The drive is 3TB: "2.43TB of 2.73TB free" showing by Acronis during backup.

 

 

 

Still no luck in OSX 10.11.2

Anybody checked if that is fixed in True Image 2016 and/or new build for 2015?

Uninstalled, donwlaoded latest build AcronisTrueImage_6725.dmg and re-installed. No luck the same result - log:

I am new to Acronis True Image and have exactly the same problem.

Please advise how to sort this very quickly, or I will be demansing my money back.

Steve, you have posted to the Acronis True Image 2015 Forum for Windows.

Please post in the Acronis True Image for MAC Forum where there should be users who are much more familiar to MAC OS and using Acronis in that environment.

I just want a fix.  I am a very unhappy customer.  Acronis have taken my money and have provided a product that simply doesn't work.

Steve, sorry but I and most other users in this forum have no experience of MAC computers.  All of these forums are for users and are only rarely visited by Acronis employees.

My advice to post to the specific MAC forum is to help you find people with the relevant experience who can better advise you on how to take this issue forward.

If you are very unhappy with Acronis, then please use the Feedback tool within the Acronis product GUI in the Help sections (at least it is on the Windows version).

Also, 2015 was designed with OS X 10.10 in mind.  It had original support for 10.11 public beta (pre-release) but doesn't mention support for 10.11.1 - 10.11.5.  Apple has a way of breaking applications at times with OS X updates, not always (and not all apps), but it happens a lot.  I didn't even have working facetime from OS X 10.11.2-10.11.3 as it would just crash randomly during facetime calls, but finally got resolved with 10.11.4 and 10.11.5 .  ATIH 2016 was designed with OS X 10.11 in mind.  I'm not suggesting this is good for the Acronis product or deferring blame for inablity to use with El Capitan, but just stating the supported OS as Acronis has them listed for 2015, which does not list support for anything beyond 10.11 public beta.
