After using Clean-up tool ATI 2015 can't find previous backups or their settings
I upgraded to Window 10 then upgraded from ATI 2014 to ATI 2015 build 6613. Acronis found all previous backups and created new backups fine. However I had other issues (Runtime Broker took 40% of my MS Surface Pro CPU and MS tech support couldn't fix it) so rolled back the installation to Windows 8.1. This worked fine except it lost ATI. When I attempted to reinstall ATI 2015 it failed and said I needed to use the Clean-up tool to remove fragments of ATI. I used it then installed ATI 2015. However ATI didn't automatically discover the previous backups tasks. So I added them one at a time (couldn't find a way to add a group). I then found out that each task had been set to daily backup and the source location was blank. (All but the current task were formerly Do not schedule.)
I selected each task, selected Reconfigure, selected the source, selected Options and changed it to Do not schedule, and Saved. This was tedious. I noticed that after doing this, the Options menu no longer has the Reconfigure option.
Is there another way to recover all task settings? Where does Acronis store the settings for each task? Is it in the task or if it's a file somewhere on the PC what is it called and where is it stored?
