Agent.exe, and two Acronis Scheduler 2 S in Startup Menu

Thread needs solution

I've been having CPU spikes wrecking havoc with my wireless mouse, checked Task Manager and see agent.exe in there.

I googled it and found it might be from Acronis (I have True Image Home 2010)

I looked at my Start up Menu and see and two Acronis Scheduler 2 S in there. One is unchecked, and when I try and uncheck the other one I get a "there is already an enabled disabled item with the same name" message.

Is this what's causing the cpu spikes, having that other Acronis Scheduler 2 S, trying to schedule/update? If so, what can I do about it, delete one of the Schedulers?

here's a screenshot of my Startup Menu.

Do some maintenace on your MikeLin Startup progam.

You need to delete some unchecked items of the same name before you can uncheck any more.

you may even have to delete some items of the same name from the delete folder before you can undelete any more.

This is not a fix for your problem but will allow you to uncheck the startup item.
