All My Backups Disappeared from the My Backups list

Thread needs solution

All my backups disappeared from the list, but all the TIB files are there.  When I try to add an existing backup, it does not work.  I have a backup of my C: drive.  Is there a file I can copy from the "Mount Image" to get my backups back on the list?

Hello Greg, you could try restoring the contents of C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\ from your backup image of drive C: and see if that will resolve this issue - in particular, you want to restore the Database and Scripts folders as these hold the missing information.

If doing the above doesn't solve the problem, then I would recommend a clean install of ATIH 2015 as it would indicate something more serious has happened to the application installation.  A clean install is done by uninstalling the program, then running the Acronis Cleanup tool (link in my signature below), then re-installing ATIH 2015.  You will need to recreate your backup tasks if doing this, though your existing backup images will be added automatically at first run of the program if the drive they are held on is detected by the application.  When detected the backup names will be copied from the image file names and you will still need to reconfigure the tasks.

Greg, before restoring those folders from a backup and/or repairing or uninstalling and reinstalling, you can try the taskzap and rebuild database option as posted in this forum:

If that doesn't work, then I would defintiely do as Steve suggests though!

Thanks to both of you for your help!  I re-installed and re-created and ran the jobs, but will keep the links you both provided in the event it happens again.  Thanks again!!
