am trying to recover the files from the account online and says that server is unavailable

Hello, i have been trying the last two hours to recover the files ( by downloading them ) from my cloud online and it prevents me by saying that ' the server is unavailable, please try later '.

Could you please explain why, i have opened the Acronis as normal on my desctop and everything is good ,
but i cant access my files from the cloud storage .

How may i able to recover them back on the laptop , and why does it keep on saying that message when i try to download / recover them from the cloud ?

as you were informed by our support professional, there was an issue on our servers that manifested itself by randomly appearing "Server is unavailable" error messages when you tried to access Acronis Cloud web restore.

I'm glad to let you know that the issue has been fixed, so please check if it works now as expected and send the results in the reply to the latest email from the support case.

Looking through this forum, this seems to be a recurring problem. I must restore some files from backup, but i am getting the error message: The server is not available at the moment.
