Another bug in Backup and Recovery program

Thread needs solution

This new program is certainly buggy (why didn't I listen to the folks before buying?)
Oh well, as an old Acronis user I decided to upgrade, main reason because of Windows 7 support (I am planning to get the 7 for a new computer).
So far I am dealing with an existing computer - had to reinstall XP, and oops - partition issues with Disk Director.
Must reformat and repartition - I am booting from the new Backup and REcovery disk, and - oops again:

The source list shows all my drives including the USB one (that I have no intention to backup. I am using it as a destination).
But it is NOT in the destination list! Another IDE disk neither is in the destination list.

Booting from the True Image disk - here they are! All my destination disks,
and I am backing up to USB at the moment using the old and "True" Image .

Both new programs are buggy. Bad investment.
This kind of software MUST be 100% reliable. How otherwise you can use it in emergency sitiations? With 90% reliability it's just trash...

OK, it's still called "True Image" (I thought somehow the name changed to "Backup and Recovery")
Anyway, the next news is that the boot disk created by the True Image Home 2010 refused to boot - it returned me to the Windows with the following error:
MarkFun_Load_NT_Driver

Fun, really.
I am refusing to work as a beta tester and am reverting to the True Image 8
Now it's time to research the uninstallation topic - judging by other posts, it seems that is buggy as well
