Any way to NOT use a PW to log into NAS drive?

Thread needs solution

I have not upgraded from 2014 yet (read that 2015 was still very bug ridden).

I have a new NAS 4 TB drive just installed on my office network but the Acronis BUs fails with message PW not valid.

Is there ANY POSSIBLE way to NOT use a PW to connect to a NAS mapped drive?

This requirement is a real PITA in a secure office situation with no public access and PW not used on most NAS drives.

Did you try to create a symbolic link to the NAS share and use this link as the destination for the backup? I was using this to put my iTunes library folder on the NAS, or to move the C:\users\ folder off my earlier SSDs...
