Anyone else overcharged for their ATIH 2011 upgrade?

Thread needs solution

I've tried the chat support and could NOT get any help. Acronis overcharged me by $20 for the 2011 upgrade from my 10.0 version. Is there ANY way I can talk to a live person in their billing department before I just decide to dispute (and cancel) the entire charge with my bank?
