MSFM question about clean UN-install
and My Previous Post on this forum .
Can anyone tell me if a Repair Install will remove these Acronis Drivers from my system , " snapman " and "timounter" , ?
My computer will not boot without them , in either normal mode or safe mode. Because of this issue , I can't perform a clean install of Acronis products , which means I can't back up my computer.

I suggest using the cleantool followed by either Revo Uninstaller or jv16powertools. Remove all programs provided by Acronis. JV16 specically picks up snapmean. Then run a registry cleaner. I like the one from JV16, since it catches more than CCleaner

Using the tips in this forum, I was able to remove all the leftover Acronis drivers and registry files.
But because ,the Acronis drivers and registry files, became corrupted I had to boot to the "Last Know Good Configuration" to get into Windows after removing them.
Yesterday I used a repair install successfully to correct that problem. I believe Acronis entries became corrupted from conflicts with other software. When I had a version of Bit Defender anti-virus , I couldn't mount a drive image back up. Which may have caused harm to TI 10. Also, I used the ccleanerenhancer to add additional abilities to ccleaner. After it deleted all of my TI 10 log files, I UN-checked Acronis from it's menu. I never had a problem with ccleaner, but after installing the ccleanerenhancer, I started to have the problem of TI 10 not "seeing" back-up locations.
I would advise all Acronis Products users to make sure any software doesn't harm your Acronis installs, or you may find your selfs in the position I was was. Again, thanks for your replies to my posts.
