Are these error messages serious

Thread needs solution

I am using the most recent verson of Acronis backup. I have completed the full backup for both OS and DATA partitions. Whenever I run Update, I get these two error messages in Event Viewer. The Updates complete successfully. I don't know whether I should be concerned by these or not, or what to do about them if they are serious. Any information much appreciated.

First error message
Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\TrueImageHome\BartPE\Files\TrueImage.exe". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.CRT,processorArchitecture="x86",type="win32",version="8.0.50727.762" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

Second error message
Activation context generation failed for "c:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-m..corruptedfilerepair_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_5cd4e58f34e57306\MsiCofire.dll".Error in manifest or policy file "c:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-m..corruptedfilerepair_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_5cd4e58f34e57306\MsiCofire.dll" on line 2. Invalid Xml syntax.

Hello grant wilson,

Thank you for your post and I would like to welcome you here. I will definitely assist you.

The second error message is not related to our software, however, it is not clear why it appears at the moment.

The first error can be safely ignored, or, you can try using this workaround. At the moment, we are still investigating this issue. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience.

If you have any other issues or questions, please let me know.

Thank you.
