ATI 2009 vs Backup & recover 10

B&R 10 has replaced the Echo Corporate products. As far as I know, the TI home line will continue (TI 2010 is in beta right now, for example).

As of a few years ago, a new Top Dog took over at Acronis and the new emphasis was on expanding corporate market penetration. Although Home products have taken a back seat in terms of debugging and development during this period, Acronis has given no indication that it intends to resign from the home user market -- of course, what they name products is totally up for grabs. Expect home versions of the game to continue to be available so that contestants can play at home -- but don't expect big improvements in quality or design for products in those markets. ;)

I read somewhere on the forum that B&R will take the place of ATI.

Is that so?
