ATI 2010 can't explorer tib file

windows 7 64 bit

use ATI 2009 before, make 3 tib backup for C: , can use windows explorer to open.

upgrade ATI 2010 now, and make a new tib backup for C: , but only can use windows explorer open old 3 tib image, when touble click the newest tib whick create by ATI 2010, said that "you can explore only Disk and Partition Backup and File Backup backups."

and can't see any folder or image.

what's the problem ?

I too have just found this (and many other) error(s) !

MY error message is slightly different in that selecting the 'explorer' option in TIH 2010 tells me that it cannot even find the .tib file !

It is actually not looking for the correct file?
