ATI 2011 Backinf up Outlook e-mail asks for Windows Credentials
I just upgraded to 2011 and bought a 2nd license at the same time. When I went to back up my Outlook e-mail and Contacts a window popped up asking me for Windows Credentials (Account & Password) I don't use passwords on my computer. Never had to do this with other versions. Why now? Checked in with Chat and got the runaround for what seemed like an eternity. I was told that I had to have a password, etc. Aside from removing 2011 and going back to my previous version is there anything I can do to solve this problem? Needless to say I haven't installed the 2nd license on my other computer. I'll probably ask for a refund.
Using Windows 7 32 bit.

I did not have to enter a password when I set up Windows 7. If there's a registry tweak to get around this I'd be interested. As of now, ATI2011 will be removed from my system and I'll revert to the previous version which worked.

I have replied to your post with an excerpt form the User guide for 2011 here
Just in case others are looking at this thread, but not in the other one.

I agree with Donald DesChamps: never installed a password for W7 and I don't need one. So A2011 is an incomplete program. But worse, I can't reach a helddesk, not by e-mail nor telephone. A very unpleasant situation.

Brilliant, you should receive an email with your case number. Make sure it hasn't been sent to your spam box at your ISP if they provide you with one.
