ATI 2011 causes faulting application in Event Viewer
Running a new installation of True Image Home 2011 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. It ran the scheduled full backup fine and created the backup image (see log) but caused this error in the Event Log:
---
Faulting application name: TrueImage.exe, version: 14.0.0.5519, time stamp: 0x4c86c154
Faulting module name: ti_managers.dll, version: 14.0.0.5519, time stamp: 0x4c86af28
Exception code: 0xc0000005

Faulting process id: 0x1764

Why and is this something I should be concerned about?
Here is the log file from ATI2011:
---
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
Create Full Backup Archive<endl/><tabpoint value=30><indent value=4>From: <indent value=10><textcolor value="navyblue">Disk 1</textcolor></indent><indent value=4><endl/>To file: <indent value=10><textcolor value="navyblue">"G:\True Image\2011\Disk_backup_ST350062_0AS_SD151.tib"</textcolor></indent><indent value=4><endl/>Compression: <indent value=10><textcolor value="navyblue">Normal</textcolor></indent><indent value=4><endl/></indent><endl/>" />

Thanks, Roger.

I've just had exactly the same error show up in my Event Log (twice, 4 minutes apart). This is a brand new install of Windows 7 and I installed Acronis True Image Home 2011 yesterday. It created the backup OK, but it always makes me a bit concerned when these types of errors occur.
Also, when I first installed the product I got this error too:
Faulting application name: TrueImage.exe, version: 14.0.0.6597, time stamp: 0x4cfc4829
Faulting module name: QtGui4.dll, version: 4.6.3.0, time stamp: 0x4c0e62ed
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x000fa11d
Thanks.
