ATI 2011 Partition Backup to NAS performance issue

I have a Synology DS1511+ that I am backing up my OS partition/disk to with ATI 2011.

The fastest file transfer I have seen with the DS is about 80 MB to 90 MB.

However, when ATI 2011 backs up to the DS, the fastest transfer speed is around 11 MB.

Is there any setting in ATI or DSM that I need to configure to improve the performance?

p.s. my OS disk is a RAID 0 of two C300, so the read speed is very fast.

I use Version 12.
I have the same Problem with a Seagate Backup Plus drive over a USB3 connect. Copy speed are 110MByte/s. Backup speed max 24Mbyte/s.
The max speed to as WD Sharespace (8TByte) are 12MByte over a GBit Network.
All internal disk's connetect with SATA 300.
who is the Problem?
