ATI 2013 on Windows 10

I recently had to reinstall ATI 2013 Home after upgrading to Windows 10. I put in my keys for TI and PlusPack 2013 but it will not activate says can't connect to server but I'm connected to internet and the firewall isn't blocking it. Also the TIB Mounter device driver will not start. I have tried reinstalling it twice but still won't start. Before I upgraded to Win 10 Win update offered a new driver but it wouldn't install. I'm going to try installing again with a freshly downloaded installer and see if that helps. Are they going to release an update for ATI2013 for Win10?
