ATI 2014 doesn't detect NIC on Dell docking station

Thread needs solution

Hello all,

I recently purchased (okay, my boss did :p) ATI 2014 Premium and so I created an ISO/made a boot-disk so that we could make an image of one of our Dell Venue 11 tablets. I was able to boot with the Acronis media but noticed that it didn't detect the NIC of the Venue docking station. :(

I've had this issue before years ago with ATI Home Edition 2011 so I'm just curious if there will be an ETA on when the NIC will be supported in the boot media. Docking station model # is: K10A.

Apologies if this has been posted about already.

TI itself under Windows I would think should support the NIC. The boot media however is Linux based so support for the NIC would need to be from the Linux kernal that drives the TI app on the boot media. Since it appears your NIC is not supported, for immediate resolution you should consider creating a WinPE disk with a TI plugin.

Hmm, okay I can give that a try thanks.

Wasn't a huge deal since we only have 2 Venue's at the moment and I can still use the boot CD to back up the Venue to an external USB drive but...yeah... :)
