ATI 2014 Premium - Universal Restore of a Windows 8.1 System

Hi,

I've to migrate my Windows 8.1 system to new hardware. Therefore created a brand new image while windows was running. The creation has completed and seems to be fine.

On the new hardware I booted from the newly created boot media and have chosen to restore with the 'Universal Restore' option. Data restore seems to be successful but after ATI started to do the universal restore job I got an error. Unfortunately I hadn't a camera ready to take a pictures. But ATI was complaining some paths of the registry have not be found and for few other registry things ATI got an access denied.

Now I asking if ATI 2014 Premium ready to support universal restores for 8.1? It's very hard to find any information of that kind on the website!

A regular restore (without the universal restore option) was successful. In this case this was enough because the hardware changes were in detail.
