ATI 2014 scheduling removal

Thread needs solution

My old HD died and I put in a new one but with a different drive letter. I deleted the the old schedule and created a new one pointing to the new drive letter. The backup runs to the new drive but still keeps trying to run to the old drive, which fails. I have removed the new shedule(the only one showing) and recreated it again but ATI still trys to backup to the old drive.

Bill, welcome to these user forums.

Please download a copy of the Scheduler Manager utility program from the link in my signature below.

Run the schedmgr.exe program as Administrator which will cause a Windows command prompt type window to be opened.  Within this window, type the command: get list which will list all scheduled tasks on your system.

Next you can either use the command: task zap which will remove all the listed scheduled tasks, or you can use the other commands documented in the KB document to remove specific tasks.
