Hi Richard,

I had ATI 2014 running on Windows 10 Pro until about a year ago - had no problems. The only thing I could find in the Knowledge base, but does not seem to refer to the issue you are having: 15190: Acronis True Image Home 2011: Installation Interrupts.

Have you attempted a repair reinstallation of ATI 2014; not sure if it works with versions earlier than ATI 2015 (see 60195: Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office, Acronis True Image: repair, update and clean installations on Windows)?

You may need to do a clean installation, including running the cleanup too - see 48668: Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office, Acronis True Image: Cleanup Utility.

It is possible that Windows 10 has finally broken ATI 2014 with a recent update. Not surprising as the version is nearly a decade old.

Hope this will be of some assistance.

Ian
