ATI 2015 Build 6613 - Won't open application

Thread needs solution

Hi

I've just updated to build 6613 of True Image 2015 and I now cannot get into the application. When I open the application I get the Windows UAC open message and then nothing. If I open task manager it is showing TrueImage.exe as running but it doesn't show the application. I've tried a repair reinstall but that hasn't changed anything.

I am now also getting an email telling me one of my backups has failed (text below) but my cloud backup still appears to be running.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Do you know how to get it to open?

Thanks

I would run the TI cleanup utility and re-install. Refer item 4 my signature below.

What version did you have prior to the upgrade to 6613

Hi Thanks for that

I think I was on Build 6525 of ATI 2015.

Can I assume that if I clean up and reinstall I won't lose by backup settings? I so, how do I back them up?

Thanks again
Jeff

The application should add existing backups automatically. If not see this link:
