ATI Console no longer displays any backup set

Precise that I am using ATI 2015 (build 6525) updated at january by ATI 2014 Premium.
The problem is that after a backup error (*), ATI Console no longer displays any of my backup set. If I try to add them by "Add existing backup", nothing happens and still they do not appear in the list.
However, the scheduled backups continue to be started but end always with error. Even an backup set start scheduling every 10 minutes instead of once a day as required.

How do I clean up this situation?
I have it good erase all the previous backups and them settings; how to do this before creating new backup settings?

I could check that also adding new backup set to the list, performs regular backup and after they are no longer displayed in ATI Console.
No one has had the need to repair the ATI database damaged?
