ATI Home 2009 Backup Errors
A few weeks ago I started getting errors in the Task & Event log. Calendar showed fail error and log and email result said "No such script 63C72E02-097F-4CE2-8CDB-455716DE4066" and
"Failed to process pair script:63C72E02-097F-4CE2-8CDB-455716DE4066". The strange thing is that back appeared to run OK when looking at the file on the backup drive. I deleted the task and entered a new task. Now I get the same error message but the new task runs OK. I followed the Troubleshooting and installed the new shceduler but the problem persists. Any ideas on how to procedure before I uninstall and re-install the program entirely?
Also, When I bought this software I was supposed to get email support from Acronis but I can't find any email address. The web site runs me around in circles. What's up with that?

Hello Dale,
First of all, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced to resolve this situation. Let me help you to get the issue resolved.
As far as I understand from the error message you provided - the product fails to proceed with the task due to script file corruption (script file stores all task configuration), so the program cannot read the task settings from it and start the backup.
Please do the following to resolve:
- Open C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImage\Scripts folder and delete all its contents (there should be task script files with the names like 7F43D031-3D5E-426E-8958-36C75BF2E31A.tib.tis or similar).
Path for Vista & Windows 7 is: C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Scripts
- Stop all tasks by using Scheduler Manager:
- Download either the EXE file or ZIP archive;
- Open command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd);
- Run schedmgr.exe
- Issue the following command:
get list
To delete all scheduled tasks:
task zap
Then please run the product again and recreate the tasks from scratch.
Additionally to this, you are welcome to ask me any other questions concerning Acronis, and I will assist you further.
Regards,
