ATI Home 2009 stuck

Thread needs solution

After a notification that the Secure Zone was full, I started ATI Home 2009. I remember seeing a message that promised to delete a back-up file from the asz. Suddenly a message pops up: An archive on Acronis Secure Zone is corrupted. Clicking on OK or closing the pop-up window has the same result: it reappears. Restarting ATI Home 2009 produces the same error message and I am unable to use the software. I'm stuck.

Back again. After a reboot ATI Home 2009 did operate normally. The Secure Zone (200 GB) was completely empty, not a trace of any back-up file there. OK, I'm not stuck anymore, just unhappy.

Hello Han,

Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/ | Acronis True Image]]

The program behavior is abnormal, I assume that the issue was caused by a program glitch. To avoid the same problem in the future please make sure that you are using the latest build of Acronis True Image Home (#9796). If the build number differs from the latest one, please download and install the latest build. You can learn more on how to download the latest build here.

Also please download Acronis Report utility available here and run it, create a report and attach to your post.

This would provide us with detailed information on the hard disk partition structure.

Thank you.
