ATI Home 2010 - Logs missing task name and other data when run from command line

Thread needs solution

I've setup shortcuts that call the backup scripts for each of my tasks, and the tasks run properly, however in the log file the task name doesn't show up, and it also doesn't reference where the backup is going to be saved.

If I start the backup through the UI everything's fine, it's only when I start the backup via the command line that the logs are missing information.

Does anyone know why this is happening or how I would go about fixing it?

I've attached a screenshot that shows both of these problems.

Red - Backup task name missing
Blue - Backup location missing

I also just noticed that the "Last Run Time" doesn't get updated in ATI when you run it from the command line (in the Tasks & Logs section). I've run 18 different backups on 2 different hard drives and not a single one has a last run time recorded for it.

Are command line executions in beta or something? You would think they would function the same as when you execute the task through the GUI, but obviously they do not.

More than two days later and neither my forum post nor email to support have gotten any responses. Kind of losing faith in Acronis' "support".

I didn't know 2010 had the command line capability - ABR10 does.

How do you access it?
